1. The Ripper
Based on the 1803 Classic, this bourbon based dark drink is blended with mint sugar and spicy ginger that creeps up on you and rips through your senses. Not for the faint hearted.

2. The Trafalgar
A short drink bustling with exotic flavours like its namesake, the cosmopolitan Trafalgar Square. Contains Rum with mango, coconut and cinnamon.

3. Double Decker
A long drink with two layers like the famous red busses. Contains Rum shaken with Columbian coconut Moras, and a top-deck of bubbling champagne.

4. Changing of the Guard
A long, rum based cocktail that stands up to attention. Sweet and creamy with a hint of avocado and topped with a hat of blackberries.

5. Eye Eye
A wicked blend of cachaca, lime, passionfruit and coffee liqueur, too many of these and you’ll be seeing the room spin.

6. Speaker’s Corner
Green chartreuse, lime, honey and rosemary blended with maracuya. A surprising mix that will give you something to shout about.

7. Big Ben
A big drink with a big kick. Exotic lulo fruit shaken with lime and amaretto in a tall glass.

8. Brick Lane
A fusion of flavours from across the globe. The classic Mojito is sweetened with tropical pineapple and spiced up with cinnamon.

9. The Globe
Tequila, lime, sugar and coconut. A simple sweet and sour treat served in a round glass.

10. The Crown Jewels
A simply delicious, deluxe cocktail. Vintage champagne, honey, aromatic bitters and topped with the jewel in the crown, Remy martin Louis XIII cognac.

For the Apartment’s 4th Anniversary, it has launched a special London Cocktail menu celebrating London icons past and present.
Each of the new themed cocktails has been inspired by London’s history and popular sights. The menu includes fruity long drinks like the Big Ben, classics with a new twist such as The Ripper: an 1803 Classic spiced up with ginger.
